The experience was poor and ultimately the logs could not be delivered. However, Logs Direct was able to pass the buck to Pallet Force, and we were eventually refunded.

Easy ordering, I phoned on the day of delivery and spoke with supplier who was very helpful. Delivery driver was extremely helpful in placing the pallet where we wanted it positioning. Logs delivered are excellent. All in all very good service.

The delivery was on time and within a week of ordering. The crates were packed as tightly as possible and the timber seems to be of good quality

Easy to view website. Easy to order. Although there is a delivery charge it still worked out cheaper than others. Delivery company confused me over times of delivery. Rang uklogs direct who were really good at explaining how delivery times worked. Delivery man was brilliant!

Fabulous product well packaged and delivered in a timely fashion. Even had a kind person slightly move the timing of a delivery to allow for my partner to attend work meeting. Fabulous all round.

The web site was very easy to use. The item I wanted was initially out of stock but I got an email just a few days later asking if I wanted to order. The instructions about delivery are very clear and the logs came exactly when the updates advised. The driver was friendly and helpful and the logs are brilliant !
