As always excellent service never fails over a number of years. I use hardwood briquettes only now due to very low moisture content & ease of lighting. Have used various logs still the same excellent service. Would recommend without reservation.

Logs very dry, very well packed into pallet so better quantity than competitors, pallet well wrapped for weather protection if not able to empty immediately. Delivery when specified, very helpful driver. Overall very satisfied and will definitely use again.

Let me preface this review by stating that I haven't burnt any of the logs yet as it's August, so I can't comment on that, but, the service I have received so far has been really good. I found the website easy to use, and the delivery time was excellent. All that is promised is kerbside delivery but the courier brought the pallet to the top of my drive. The logs themselves are nice and evenly cut, so stacked really easily.

Great product, arrived quickly

Had big problems with the delivery but customer service sorted it and kept in touch throughout. Transport Co to blame not Logs Direct, logs are fab and well wrapped, will definitely use them again.
