Delivery was made within 2 days of the order. I went for a bulk bag of oak logs instead of nets. I noticed that the logs this time were consistently bigger, which is my preference. Logs are excellent quality.

Good website and choice of timber on sale. Delivery was prompt, however driver from pallet track Vigo was not very helpful and refused to deliver pallet to a space on our drive where twice before, drivers were happy to do so. My pallet was left on a busy road on the verge, further away from my log store than I wanted.

Excellent quality product (large crate of beech logs, in this case), The ordering process is very easy, with easy online payment and fuss free delivery. The delivery driver gave a courtesy call when 5 minutes away, in addition to the provided two hour 'window'. Also it was a better deal than competitors could give.

Fast delivery of great quality kiln dried Ash logs. I was out when they were delivered, but they were well wrapped and stayed dry in a downpour. The delivery driver also placed them in a sensible spot not blocking any access.

I’ve used another log supplier for the past 4 years but their prices were rising so I thought I’d give these guys a go. Great service, well stocked large pallet of Birch logs (more than the other supplier provided) and cheaper too so I was very happy with the purchase. The delivery company also read my delivery instructions and left the pallet on the drive where I asked so even better. Will be using again soon.

Quality of logs very good. Crate well filled and no ‘twigs’ slipped in. Service and delivery good. Even better if cost was reduce to below that of competitors.

Within 30 mins of placing our order for 2x70 net pallets of kiln dried ash online, I got a reassuring call from Customer Services to clarify a few points on delivery. Delivery was excellent. Having requested a morning delivery after 9.30, I got a call first thing from the delivery company confirming consignment on its way. Delivery arrived at 9.35 and the helpful driver dropped it in the perfect spot. Well done UK Logs Direct! The logs are really good too...

Easy to order product with good advice of what to purchase. Good communication re delivery, date and time. Quality logs. This is my 4th year of purchase.
