We ordered half load of oak logs, easy to negotiate the website, chose preferred delivery date. We were contacted on delivery day re the timing, helpful driver placed the load conveniently outside the gate. Very pleased with quality of logs, all ready now for next winter!

As always delivery was prompt and in the time slot advised. We had bought some logs locally to take us through this miserable weather having run out of our PINI Kay’s but found them less than satisfactory. A quick order and we are now enjoying real heat!

The only place I’ll buy logs from now (and I worked my way through quite a few others before I found them). Top quality, consistently perfect kiln dried pallets. Very good communication/ fast delivery. Really good value , especially when regular reductions are applied (off season for example). I just wouldn’t waste time going anywhere else.

THE one stop shop for all your firewood needs. We just keep coming back for more (and my Mrs is not easy to please). Absolutely faultless on all counts. Had an issue with the on line ordering this time (No fault of theirs) phoned them up and the order was sorted in minutes. A genuine,friendly company to deal with one word sums it up. Excellent.

The sawdust briquettes have arrived and are what I ordered and expected, they keep the house warm and seem to burn for about twice the length of time as hardwood logs. Also compared to some other briquette type of logs (overnight ones) there is very little ash with the beach briquettes. Only problem was with the shipping company who tried to deliver to a similarly named (but wrong) road. This is not UKLogs fault and they were great at getting this sorted out and the delivery was the next day.

Good website with a range of types of wood. Ordering is simple and a choice of delivery dates looking well ahead. Logs are reliably seasoned and dry. Also can be bought on pallets wrapped and weather proof- which is handy if you need to delay transferring to your wood store. Good company to deal with.
