Excellent company, very good website easy to navigate and order. Top class communication and customer service (picked up on my mistake in the order and clarified with me before dispatch). Delivery was bang on and the drivers contact you to say there on way and get any update on delivery instructions. I would not bother looking anywhere else as the logs are 1st class too.

I have bought many crates of Oak logs and always been very pleased with what I have bought. This time I bought a crate of B Grade mixed logs and I am just as pleased with my purchase. They have mixed moisture levels in the logs but all good quality wood and crates are packaged well. I will continue to purchase my wood from this company great service and value for money.

I have had several deliveries of logs in the past with no problem. The drivers have lowered the pallet and simply wheeled it off the road up the slightest of ramps and on to my drive. This time I got a jobsworth of a driver who wanted to leave the pallet on the road. I pointed out that this was a danger to traffic and previous drivers have simply wheeled the pallet all of 1 metre off the road. He reluctantly agreed to do this and 2 seconds later, the pallet is safely out of harms way. This is my last order as I do not want to put road traffic in danger should I get the most unhelpful of drivers again.

I have used this company for logs around 6 times over the last 4+ years. Ordering is always easy, delivery is always on time. Delivery drivers are always great. The quality of the logs is always very good - usually Ash, had an order of Hornbeam a couple of years ago that was good too. I would recommend this company. Its has always been a smooth & easy process from ordering to delivery.
