First time we ordered Beech logs but we are in Essex No problem the situation would be handled and delivery would be on time It was 8am to 10 am Came at 9..15 am

Well packed pallet and really dry firewood Some bits are a bit too large and still need splitting but are dry all the way when they are split

it took just a few minutes to order some really good logs. Delivery came within 48 hrs with a friendly and very efficient driver -so all good.

I needed logs, and was going on holiday, the lady in the phone put a pallet to one side and saved it for 4 weeks and was delivered on the day I asked for. Don’t get any better. The logs were perfect securely packed and very good clean burning. I can’t praise them enough

I have ordered ash pallets from this company before and rate them highly. I recently tried a half pallet of B grade mixed hardwood. For the money, it is fine - decent quantity, generally no issues with it being B grade and moisture content of most logs was ok. My only negative is for me this isn’t really hardwood - the grain is too open, looks like softwood and I can feel they weigh nowhere near what ash / beech or oak does. It burns fine, and even though not as long a decent hardwood it was priced accordingly.

Very prompt delivery. Only one quibble was that one net had a predominance of splits - i.e. only a few large logs

I only use this company wouldn't buy anywhere else....easy to order....fast delivery....the drivers are the best if possible they put your order exactly where you want it....we buy RUF briquettes and they are good quality give a great heat with much less ash...
