When I rang the caller back his number had a scam/ fraud alert.

My mother was impressed on how the young man (Brad) spoke so clearly this was not a case of misunderstanding. Do not use this company, they do not care about YOU!

United Kingdom | 15 January 2021The company is ok generally. Spoke to a member of staff about my prob [sic]. Can't remember his name...Hafiz, i think. He was excellent. So - the problem. All my bills done on the basis of estimates. Didn't realise. Apparently (haven't checked this) I was £408 behind. So, you might have thought that a company with a decent amount of manners and a care for public perception would have phoned me up or written to me, discussed the problem, maybe work out stage payments for the arrears. No. They just took £408 straight out of my account. Nice. At a time when no-one's got any money - my business can't trade. By pure chance i had the £400 (to buy my son an 18th birthday present). Had to borrow it... Suffering from Kidney disease and heart disease, on dialysis and aged 60, I really didn't need this. P'raps if we'd had a discussion, they would have known this. P'raps it would have made no difference. I thought that what they did was a tad arrogant. Don't use direct debits unless you're dealing with a grown-up company
