Phoned my mobile and initially said they were contacting me as I was a customer of EDF, they then changed tact and said I had requested information from their site on the 5th ?? They are blatant liars. I did not visit their site. I did however request that they stop hassling me, remove my details from their database and NOT to contact me again.

Utility discount gave me a ring to c if they could get me another good deal. Within mins they found several, I went with one of them, they sent all info n a cooling off period. Thanks again Utility discount.

It was brilliant and polite service. My options were explained in full and the the benefits of changing supplier were clear. I did question one or two issues and how, if, or changing would alter the way I make payments which were fully answered clearly I'm confident I have made the right decision.

I have found them very helpfull and when my tariff for my electric went up I recieved a call before and was given options to which i changed to my new tariff.it helps because they are allways looking for you and you dont have to worry because they do the hard work for you and you know you are allways saving and on the best option.very friendly very helpfull too.
