Spoke this morning, was very helpful. Explained my options in regard to my energy bill. Found me a good deal, saving me a significant amount. Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable advisor Reece that I spoke to.

The report I spoke to this evening was very rude and totally not helpful. After I explained my situation he told me to swap supplier. That's exactly what I have done after paying the 9.75 I owed and another 2.75 so therefore debt paid supplier swapped. If any other customers speak 2 the same REP u will be out if business.Thanks
