I was glad the female advisor rang me to get me a good price for my energy provider?, however she spoke like a robot speaking to fast !!, I didn’t understand her because she talked to fast!!. I felt a bit pressured to get this deal as I was going to try other compare Companies for prices?, yet it’s not bad at all ?, but I would like to have had a choice after getting prices etc?

My electric was taken over by utilitta without my consent and I disputed your bills after taking daily readings from my smart meter and writing them down on a calendar and your bills/estimates were no were near of the exact amount used

I've been with this company for years Ive recently put in for the warm discount that i am entitled to that ive never had before and this has been going on for some years now and i didn't know about it im not working and i have a disabled child and they have refused to give me it when I'm entitled to it.be weary about this company they are rip offs.once my pre payment meters are down im switching to another company

I had a phone call today explaining how to go to another Gas and Electric Supplier as Robin Hood are no longer working so the gentleman explained to me that E D F Energy2 would be the best one to go to and save me £10 a month on my gas and Electric i am really pleased with the oiycome
