I've tried to contact Utility Point on a number of occasions since changing over to them. However, it has been unsuccessful. The portal won't allow me to log in, no response on the telephone despite holding for 15 minutes each time. The live chat does not work on their website and no response on email. I keep receiving emails requesting that I provide a meter ready but I am unsure how to do this since I have a smart meter and its very confusing. I have explained this issue a couple of times but just get the same automated email response. I changed over to Utility Point via 'Look after my bills' and I am seriously regretting this decision.
