I have been helped by Kelsey which I am very happy with to switch to EDF energy supplier. I initially started process from my laptop during it's time I discovered that if I switched supplier 2 days ago I would've to pay the lea ing penalty so Kelsey said he will give me a ring today 13th May then I will Not penalise the cost. He called expected time and processed transaction, He was very helpful pros and cons. many thanks

I've been dealing with this company for the past year and they are very efficiant amd I'm very happy with the new tarrifs that they have provided me with through Simplicity energy on a change over from I supply and add who's charged were much higher.
