From the moment I saw the packaging, I knew this product would be good - and that was just the start. The tea itself looked and smelled impressive. The taste is divine, and having searched for a good chai since a trip to India last year, I am delighted to be able to end my hunt for a "proper" masala chai. Thank you.

I always click and collect orders and it does take up to a week to arrive at store but is always correct, and very well packaged.

I love Whittards but my daughter purchased two teapots that arrived broken as the packaging was inadequate for the trip to Australia. I cannot fault the customer service team they were fantastic but alas one of the teapots arrived broken a second time because once again it wasn't packaged properly. Hopefully the next one will arrive safely.

I bought tin boxes to store my tea and 2 Alice in Wonderland tea cups. As soon as they were shipped, I had a link to follow the parcel. The shipping ( to France) was a bit long, but the parcel arrived at last and everything was very securely wrapped inside.

Quality pieces, a bit disappointed that ban holiday affect delivery, quick solution to problem

I'm afraid that the changes made to this tea are not great. It used to be a wonderful flavour of peppermint but now it is a spearmint flavour...I will have to look elsewhere for my supplies in the future unless Whittard return to the original recipe.

I placed an order on 29th August and, 12 days later, it hasn't arrived yet. I sent an email to customer services 5 days ago and was told that my items have been returned (no delivery attempted) and I'd receive it soon, but they didn't say when... Still waiting.

Been asked to review my purchase which hasn't arrived yet. Was told to allow 6 working days, but 9 working days on and the order is still being processed according to the online tracker. Not impressed with the incredibly slow service. No email to explain if there is a problem so just left wondering and waiting if my teapot will ever get to me.

Teas taste amazing! I ordered Dreamtime, Mulled wine and Baked apple and they're delicious! I also got 3 free teabags as a lovely gift, even though 2 of the testers of just purchased 😂 Will be buying again!

Excellent quality tea, the staff in the shop are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very willing to offer advice and information. Very good website, however postage speed isn't the fastest... At best 3/4 days at worst 5/6.

When I visited Whittards in Southampton today it was nothing special. OK, lots of tea and some other things. The shop assistants were ok, nothing special, a bit like in every shop, not especially friendly, not impolite. The redhead was friendly, the girl with dark hair was not particularly friendly to any customer apart from to a man, obviously an acquaintance, who came in. With most customers she was morose. Range of merchandise: lots of tea, some nice crockery. I found a lot of the items overpriced. Visit if you like a nice clean shop, but the teas on offer to taste are horrible and sweet.

Great experience, delivery a bit delayed due to delivery service provider. Delivery provide informed and kept in touch. So far so good.
