I only ever drink the instant fruit teas. I always have cranberry & rasberry as it has a nice sharp taste. Recently it was out of stock and I saw passion fruit & mango as a new alternative. Usually I love this combination as it has a similar sharp, not too sweet taste. This version, however is sickly sweet! No sharpness at all, hence I was very disappointed. I have tried other varieties of the instant fruit teas, but find these also too sweet.

One of the lovely places I can order the many different types of tea , lapsung suchong tea this time especially loose lasts a lot longer . I wish the prices though we're a bit cheaper which would be nice ;)

I love fruit teas but some are rather horrid. Whittards Turkish Apple tea is the best I've ever tasted and beautifully packaged. Nice surprise to get a few free samples of other flavours too. Very pleased, going back for more

I recently purchased the six bone china Alice in Wonderland mugs over two orders (due to one item being out of stock). The first order arrived promptly and was well packaged. There was an out of stock problem with an item on the second order but Whittard of Chelsea contacted me promptly to advise of the situation and ask how I wished to proceed. When the out of stock item became available, the order was shipped. Good customer service, which you don't always find these days (especially with internet companies where you can't find any contact details for customer services when you need them). The products are good quality and my friend will love them. I liked the two mugs for £15 offer at the time of ordering as it enabled me to afford the whole set of mugs.

I have always loved Whittard of Chelsea. Been buying from stores all the times but shopping online is a first. Its hassle free and easy! And I love the tea and hot chocolate selections... Its a wonder how the come up with the combinations... Just love them!

I ordered several products online in the sale and collected from my chosen shop, which was great as I didn't have to worry about being in for a delivery or being able to park as it's free where I chose. The Buckland Spot 2 cup teapot is really cute and matches my kitchen really well as do the matching mugs I ordered.I also ordered a few other product and they all came well wrapped and protected.

We've only recently seen the return of a small Whittards Store in my local city, so trying the delivery service was one way of trying more than they had on offer in the store. The items ordered were exactly as I anticipated and the delivery was on time and well packed, with everything well protected whilst not being excess (thinking of some Amazon parcels). I will certainly look to place orders in the future and have every intention of recommending to others.

Overall had positive experience with the variety of products available and reasonable pricing. However, disappointed with the click & collect service. I have chosen this option as I am living quite close to the store. Nonetheless, the order took almost 10 days to arrive in store, despite the potential free one-day delivery to the house.

We have been drinking Jasmine Green Tea for many years, purchasing it in Guildford as long as there was a shop there. We have now been buying it on line, purchasing enough at a time to avoid postage. It comes very promptly and well packed. It has a very long use-by date and we have never had any problem with flavour deteriorating.

My order was well packed and what I ordered. Love these teas, so many flavours and combinations, no chance of getting bored, just need to work my way through them all.
