My coffee arrived sooner than I expected and was packaged well. When I opened the box, I was thrilled to see how much effort had gone in to my order. There was numerous free samples, a card containing a quote about tea amongst other sweet little touches. To top it off, the coffee was delicious too. I would highly recommend agitates to anyone! :)

Fast delivery experience

I started working my way through the tea range at Whittard when I was trying to find an alternative to drinking lots of coffee at work which I found was making me pile on the pounds due to the sugar. I wanted to find a drink which was refreshing and had enough flavour without the need to add sugar. I found that the Chocolate Rooibos was nice as it was a substitute to eating chocolate because of you still got that chocolate taste. The Rooibus rumba is also refreshing, but the Very Berry Crush is probably my favourite so far. Refreshing, great taste and if you are unsure which one is best for you then why not pop into one of their stores where they have some free samples for you to taste.

The tea is nice I thought the delivery charge was very heavy way over what it would actually cost to send

Amazing coffee and fantastic, quick service.

I have been drinking this tea exclusively for the last 18 years. I came across it by accident in Paris, and have stuck with it ever since. When I first got it I was able to buy it from American sources. Now it is quicker, easier and cheaper to have it shipped from England. I drink it by the pot at least twice a day every day. Over this period of time there have been a few batches that have not been up to the usual standard. Certainly not enough of a problem to even let me think of trying a different kind.

Shop at Whittard on a regular basis. Recently used Click and Collect to take advantage of 3-4-2 offer, and really pleased with the ease of collection. Delivery contained tea samples including Turkish Apple Tea - will definitely be purchasing this product in future. Grand Central Store, Birmingham is well situated, clean, bright and friendly. A pleasure to visit.

I bought a mug and teapot from the hybrid collection. They were in the sale with a 70% reduction in price. Both items are most unusual and very good quality. The packaging was a replica of an egg carton with a coloured bow. It certainly protected the china and looks attractive.These items are for Christmas presents. I was delighted with the reduction in price!

We absolutely love the Whittard of Chelsea white hot chocolate. A mug at the end of a wintery day is too good not to have another one! We took a gamble on trying the instant Turkish apple tea and were amazed at how authentic the flavour was. Our intrigue into the other instant tea flavours got the better of us and we recently tried the lemon and lime, which my partner loves as he finds it so refreshing, and the Dreamtime tea, which is now a part of my evening routine, but again, one mug is never enough!

I order my beans for our coffee machine on a regular basis, the service is really good, the coffee is excellent quality and there is often a little something extra in with the order, lately its been flavoured tea bags and a small booklet to advise how they can be used other than for a hot drink. We love the coffee from Whittards. There is a good choice of roasts, different countries of origin, and the beans are always fresh. And they also have all sorts of other goodies too, brilliant hot chocolate drinks, and lovely accessories to go with all the drinks. I just wish they had a shop locally

Ordered the "Big Red Robe" tea (roasted oolong) for in-store pickup. Delivery and notification were faultless. Packaging was good. The parcel included some samples of other teas as a bonus. The tea itself... well, if you like oolongs, give it a try! I love it. Very happy with the purchase, and will deal with them again. I've also bought their products in-store, with no regrets.

About the products I was just a bit disappointed cause some products that I liked were discontinued. Also the instant teas could have a bit stronger taste in them, otherwise they are very good!

I buy their flavoured ground coffee which is of a decent strength. We have tried other flavoured coffees but they are much weaker and don't taste as good. They usually have my favourite flavours but a few others would be welcome and also a discount for buying 4 was very useful but I think they have stopped it now? Overall very good for what we buy.

Ordered the two chocolate drinks marshmallows and a cup for £10.00 in the sale really good value. Delivery was really quick. Got one for a present and one for myself. Will definitely order again.
