I think that Whittard is a great company. My tea arrived very promptly. I usually really like their Assam tea and other loose leaf teas, but the decaff loose leaf tea and the decaff need worked upon. Neither my partner or I liked either. Now I am stuck with tea that no-one will drink.

Lovely cups and saucers for afternoon tea. And the red tea was delicious and one bag was plenty for 2 cups.

The ordert has not yet been received. Whittard sent wrong direction. Tracking number has CP 4640 but my addres is CP 38009. In my order the addres was OK.

The hot chocolates are and full of flavour they are just lovely to drink. Too much choice but I love them all.

I purchased items to over £40 to receive a free gift. It was only after my order went through that I was told I was not eligible to receive it as I had ordered some sales items. To me if you spend the amount that they asked you should be eligible. Do not order from this company!

Raspberry and Cranberry Instant Tea is my favourite. I always place orders online. It is quick and very easy to do. I choose to have them delivered to store which suits me and obviously there is no extra charge for delivery.

A colleague alerted me to a voucher to buy a lovely Whittards tea and shortbread gift set for just £5. I duly ordered with free delivery to my local store. Lovely staff in store when I went to collect which took just a few minutes to complete. Absolutely delighted .......!!
