Biggest Con! I was promised savings on fees, but it turned out to be a costly mistake. From the initial call, I made it clear that I wouldn’t be using the machine regularly since most payments are made via bank transfers. The device was only intended as a backup to speed up client payments. Previously, with Barclaycard, I was paying around £55 per month on average, and they would waive the machine fee after six months if I mentioned switching providers. I was assured that switching would result in significant savings, and the PayBy Link feature was a major selling point. However, after signing up for a one-year contract, I was hit with penalties for not using the machine weekly—something I was never warned about. Instead of saving money, I ended up paying between £140 and £180 per month for just a handful of transactions. When I raised this issue through multiple calls and emails, I was repeatedly told, “It’s in our terms.” I reminded them that their salesperson never disclosed this, despite me repeatedly stating how infrequently I would use the service. Strangely, they never offered to review the call recordings! On top of that, the PayBy Link feature—which was a key reason I signed up—came with conditions I was never informed about. It wasn’t as simple as sending a link and getting paid; there were extra fees and usage restrictions that made it impractical for my needs. Yet another hidden cost! Within two months, I wanted to cancel but was locked into the contract and forced to endure this poor service. Customer support was non-existent—emails were ignored, and calls went unanswered. While the advertised 0.7% transaction rate on all card types, including AMEX, seemed attractive, the hidden fees quickly made it unaffordable. To make things worse, the GPS machine was painfully slow EVERYWHERE, even when connected to WiFi. Logging in alone took around 10 minutes before the client could even insert their card, and 50% of the time, there was no signal! I often had to resort to using my old Barclaycard machine, which never failed me. Overall, a terrible experience—hidden fees, poor service, misleading sales tactics, and a useless machine.

We are busy coffee shop In our right at rush hour we had problem in our till program We couldn't see any of the product. and we call the customer service team Mohit Francis was on phone Before we could explain it, he already understood everything and quickly started helping us and restarted the program.my stuff was at work front of till and I was outside shop at home Mohit call me ask me quick questions after he call my my colleague at work and this was 5 minutes I want say big thank you to Mohit really good service friendly personality
