Hace un mes publiqué mi experiencia y recibí una respuesta rápida de su equipo, asegurándome que estaban investigando mi caso y que se pondrían en contacto para resolverlo. Sin embargo, ya ha pasado OTRO MES desde esa respuesta y sigo sin recibir solución ni el reembolso que solicité. Mi experiencia sigue siendo profundamente decepcionante. No solo han demostrado una falta de compromiso con su atención al cliente, sino que también continúa el incumplimiento de sus propias promesas de solución. Lo único que busco es la resolución de este problema: el reembolso de un producto que nunca llegó y de una suscripción que no debió activarse. Agradecería que, esta vez, se le dé seguimiento adecuado a mi caso y que cumplan con lo que prometen. Espero que este mensaje sirva para que finalmente reciba una respuesta concreta y una solución efectiva.

I had some problems logging in to the system as my knowledge was not very good. Yan was amazing and so patient with me. Thank you for your help! The new card terminal is now integrated to the till up and running. Thank you!
