The worst system I have ever used Misleading and mis sold inbuilt card functionality System doesn’t sync to card machine and they keep blaming the internet and not addressing the issue, regularly give away free items to customers because I can’t process transactions, daily occurrence System freezes regularly and operators very slow. Called almost everyday since 1 month into service about an issue and want to charge me an exit fee. Awful company

Called up with an issue with our system as our back office was not loading, Spoke Cameron Wyatt who resolved the issue. We was up and running and could trade again. Great customer service from start to finished. I would 100% recommend Cam and the company.

Avoid This Company – Misleading Sales, Poor Customer Service, and Unfair Charges! I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I was mis-sold during the sales process and given incorrect information by their staff, which resulted in months of unnecessary delays. Even during the onboarding process, I had to wait three months due to their wrong instructions, and for that delay, I was still forced to pay unfair fees. Despite repeated emails and follow-ups for over a year, they deliberately delayed responses and completely failed to provide any proper resolution. Their customer service is appalling, and instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they shift the blame onto the customer and refuse to issue refunds for charges that should never have been applied in the first place. They have proven to be incompetent, unresponsive, and dishonest in their dealings. If you are considering using their services, think twice—they will mislead you, overcharge you, and provide zero accountability when you raise legitimate concerns. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. If you value transparency, fairness, and good customer service, stay away!
