Rob Fletcher, who took my call, sorted the issue in a couple of minutes, explained clearly what had happened and how to resolve the issue. He was a pleasure to speak with too. Understanding, polite and concise. Top guy!

United Kingdom | 05 February 2025Apparently taking £450 from you by accident and without permission takes 28 days for it's return Unbelievable - closed my account as we sold the business, referred them to the new tenant which we were told would result in a £250 referral bonus. 1 month later - no referral bonus and a charge for £450 to our account "accidentally" which apparently will now take 28 days for them to return to me. AVOID
