United Kingdom | 04 February 2025Absolut sham of a company! Not only when trying to set up the till system, the person trying to assist had no idea how to do what I wanted. I was being shipped from person to person and no one was really wanting to help. When I took out the system, I said I wanted the CNP option to manually take card payments over the phone. No problem, I was told. This wasn't possible and to use the pay by link option - didn't want that thats why I asked for the other. I was getting charged over the odds then as I wasn't using the card machine. Richard the inital contact was so pushy, and so rude. Red flags all over the place, I should have known better. Alas I ignored it and am stuck with a machine half set up that doesn't work. From the day I opened my shop I let them know that the till wasn't working - it was so slow. Luckily I was able to get a loaner of someone in my area to be able to get going. I was told I would get a replacement sent out and to pack it up as the person I spoke to couldn't see what the problem is. Every few weeks I kept calling about the same issue to the response let me log in and see whats happend. They refused to send me a replacement because "we dont do that" Not to mention that we had been told we would get a free secondary location to use the software on the back office. To not mention that the card machine had one as well and somewhere along the line I ended up paying for 3 subscriptions monthly when I wasn't supposed to be paying anything. So much out of pocket, and the device was hardly used. Customer service is almost no existent, and good luck speaking to a manger, they never call you back.

But the best thing is the support team who are very able and efficient in fixing those little issues the team come across regardless of whether its a till issue or external factor.

United Kingdom | 04 February 2025Easy to set up, easy to use and training can take a few minutes to do the basics. There are good on-line help guides but the Technical/Support team on the phone have always fixed any minor issues we've had, usually not to do with the product but maybe a Wifi or knowledge issue. Product is not expensive to buy and running costs are low.
