The sink looked OK but the plumber noticed a slight bend in the metal proved right when fitted slightly warped so warehouse checks not up to standards the taps also were actually slightly bent not very happy haven't made complaint but they could have done better hence 3stars

Great tap, and tap spares, at a good price. A problem with the packaging meant that one of the spares ordered had gone missing in transit. This was resolved with a quick 'phone call and a replacement dispatched which was received the following day. A good test of any company is how they respond when things don't go quite to plan. Taps UK customer service was excellent, hence five stars.

Made an order for a sink basket which was delivered quite quickly and was of good quality. Bought a previous basket from Tool Station which was considerable cheaper.It only lasted a couple of months before it went rusty. This one looks far better finished.

A good quality ceramic sink drainer, just as described. Very well packed and dispatched immediately, as it arrived in 1-2 days after placing order.

Avoid this business like the plague! No customer service. Disgusting attitude. Placed an order WEB286375 for the sum of £600.26. There was a delay on one item, so I requested they dispatch the other two items on the order overnight, whilst the third & final item was due to be delivered to their warehouse. Their reply: Their would be an additional delivery charge. My answer: Really? Cancel the order. Business must be good! Taps UK, you really need to train your customer service staff. With an earlier order placed last week totalling WEB285751 £382.26, customer loyalty means NOTHING to Taps UK. Never again will I purchase from this Company. Digraceful....

Fast delivery and good product

Extremely good customer service! It was really easy to get through on the phone and you could actually speak to a real person! The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I spoke to Fia, who bent over backwards to help me, which was so refreshing these days when most companies will do anything not to speak to the customer!!! Will definitely use again. Brilliant.

The bath panel was split on receipt and very fragile. When discussing returns the contact was quite unhelpful.
