Good price and very fast delivery all round good experience

Thought we had a problem with our new sink so Taps UK sent a replacement sink, straight away but the problem turned out to be the taps so they then sent replacement taps and picked up the replacement sink which resolved the problem. Have to say a big thank you to the Taps UK customer service team who dealt with the problem very quickly, and sorted the problem without any fuss whatsoever. Would definitely use this company again and have no hessitation in reccomending them 100% both for their products and service.

Good quality item, no issues, delivery on time

Received the wrong sink and it was broken. This is where the problem started,things do go wrong but it's how a company then deals with the problem that's important. On this occasion I felt very let down as it was difficult to get a replacement, I felt that the reaction from the sales team was we'll give you your money back to go elsewhere and they didn't care that I hadn't got the sink I wanted. I did keep going with them and eventually I did receive the correct sink but It was stressful and I will not use taps UK again.

Lovely looking sink, had to wait for it to come into stock which was ok, delighted with the price, delivery positioned it in a safe area for me, so in general very happy with my purchase. 4 stars as there was some sealing face damage on the bottom of the sink which I was able to repair myself.

Easy to order, speedy delivery at a good price. I had an issue down to a manufacturing defect and it was quickly sorted. I was kept informed at every stage up to receiving delivery of the replacement. Excellent customer service and I would definitely purchase from them again.

The under kitchen cupboard lighting were received in an acceptable time. Unfortunately some of the lights provided were missing their connectors but the company came back promptly and arranged for replacements to be sent. This is not the first time I have used the company. Always met with good service.
