Booked a delivery online and amended the order by phone the next day, delivery was complete and on time. Very good service.

Good price, delivery driver very helpful and put delivery right where I wanted it. Only negative is I think rather than being told delivery will be from 7.30 to 17.00 hours we could give a morning or afternoon as a time scale which would be more helpful to the customer.

Very friendly helpful delivery man

I purchased some timber including three 2.4m posts. The posts that have been delivered are bowed beyond use. I am self isolating and have asked for them to be taken back (I can’t leave the house) and my money refunded. I sent this email on Saturday and haven’t heard anything back yet. I have replied to the email in the reply this morning and am awaiting a response

Order number ZIK06498 Flooring timber delivered was unusable due to structural damage. The flooring timber supplied was partly not as ordered. Interline Brixham were informed of the problem and arranged a prompt return of the faulty timber and agreed a full refund. Days later I received a partial refund. I appear to have been charged by Interline Brixham approximately 18% of the initial invoice for the return of an agreed faulty order. Fortunately I took the precaution of photographs of the faulty timber in question.
