Excellent service as usual, very helpful reliable to deal with. They have a great Team that have met our needs.

Had 2 deliveries in the past and 1 yesterday, all drivers were polite and pleasant. Very careful stacking wood and where it was placed on the driveway. The wood and sheet material are always in great condition, ie: no warping, twisting or damage of any sort. ( a little is expected though ). Even when picking up small amounts of wood from store, the men were brill. I wish everyone in life was like this. : ) 10 out of 10 Inter-Line.

Delivery received today before lunch. The driver Gary was good enough to take vehicle to back of house to offload as it was pouring with rain. Excellent service.

The service that I received from interline, was fab the guy who delivered my order was friendly and nice put my stones in my garden where I needed them. I would use interline from now on , great service .

Had my loft boarding delivered by Gary today in Torquay. He was very friendly and chatty and very helpful! The epitome of how all delivery people should be!

Timber delivered as stated by Gary who put the delivery as requested.

We came into the shop 6th Jan 2021 and purchased 3 doors to a value of £353.99p which we paid for. We were told that 2 of the doors would be with us in 4 days and the 3rd door would be delivered mid March. We heard nothing from Interline st all so I rang beginning of Feb and was told they would ring back. I rang again mid March when the last door was supposed to be delivered and was told they were in a container somewhere. I rang again in April and was told they would be delivered 26th April. That day came and went but still nobody rang us to let us know. The first time Interline rang was Friday 7th May to say doors had arrived and they would deliver Tues 11th May. at 4.10 p.m we had a call to say the driver was loading them on the van. Driver Gary turned up only a few minutes later with the doors. He was very polite and obliging. I have since been contacted by Interline and they have apologised to me and sorted out a lot of details. I would not hesitate to shop at Interline again.

Online experience fine and very good prices but it appears the delivery instructions I advised on the online comments box did not get through causing me, Gary the driver and my local school a problem. Please check if the message I believed to have been sent, got through, and if it did, why wasn't Gary given them. Five stars to Gary the delivery man.

Efficient process

Great customer services here. Nothing too much for them. The staff can not do more to please their customers.

It makes so much difference when people are nice, and my delivery from the Exeter Branch was an exceptional one, lovely man who was very helpful and a pleasure to have deliver my fence.
