Do not trust this company with your money. Buy reputable brand LED bulbs instead like Osram. My outcome: LightRabbit have taken £140 from me and all I have to show for it is their "free" gift of an LED keyring torch. I have spoken to three different customer service agents. The first could not explain why their dimmable LEDs did not work with my touch dimmer. The second treated me with thinly veiled contempt and kept me waiting a day for an e-mail to say she wouldn't help me. The third told me how infallible their processes were. This company does ANYTHING BUT put the customer first. LightRabbit sent me my order in two batches. The first batch did not work as described. The second batch never arrived. LightRabbit refunded only some of the first batch, and claim that I should have told them when the second batch failed to arrive (I never even got an e-mail to say they were on their way). UPDATE: I eventually got my money back by disputing the transaction, thanks to my credit card company, and no thanks to LightRabbit.

Reasonable prices and quick delivery, however as a previous reviewer mentioned the difficulties with this company start if there are any problems with your delivery. I ordered 6 led bulbs and unfortunately 2 of them were faulty. The company insisted on checking the bulbs before considering sending out replacements - when I enquired how long this might take I couldn't get a straight answer out of them, essentially being told it would take as long as it took to process the return and test the bulbs. As the bulbs were to go in to a light fitting that was part of a present I needed them more quickly than that, and in the end I had to order a further bulb from them at greater cost than the ones I'd received (as no online/multibuy discounts could be applied)- so as to have a matching set in the main light fitting - and then will send the faulty bulbs back for them to process at their leisure at a later date. I was irritated by this as throughout the implication was that I was trying to scam them. This is no way to treat customers. I believe (but don't know for a fact) that the products I received may be being offered at the cheap prices they were because they possibly may be seconds. The 'filaments' of the bulbs are not all angled ideally - they are slightly lopsided and the glass of the bulb itself is off-center and angled relative to the thread, such that they do not all sit perfectly straight or all at the same angle in the light fitting. However that they are seconds is pure conjecture on my part - the poor construction may just be how they are at this low price point. My annoyance with the company increased many fold when I decided to leave a review on Trustpilot only to find that it seems, judging by other reviews, that until recently their previous policy was to replace faulty bulbs asap. This change in policy should lose many customers for them.

The ordering process is good as is delivery time. Excellent customer service- so far. However, I returned the items as they were not suitable for my intended purpose. The website clearly states the return process which I followed exactly. Sure enough, I received an email to say that the goods had been returned and the RMA status had been changed to "refunded". So I waited the 2-5 days for the refund to appear in my PayPal account. After a week with no refund, I contacted the seller to ask for an explanation. I received an email to say that I would receive the refund no later than Friday,13th November- this being over 2 weeks from the original email notifying me of the refund. I will wait until this date, although it is quite unacceptable, but I have already opened a case with PayPal and will have no hesitation in escalating this to a claim. So, in conclusion, OK if you don't need to return items!!

I ordered a load of LED bulbs probably about 12 months ago, unfortunately two bulbs blew within hours of each other. I contacted the company and received an immediate response advising two new bulbs would be despatched to me. What can I say apart from excellent customer service, will definately be ordering again and it is a pleasure to deal with the lightrabbit.

I have just received my latest order of bulbs and one had failed to work. I went on the online chat and a replacement has been sent without any hassle. I have been ordering with this company for a couple of years now and find their prices and service truly exceptional. There are a fair few other retailers out there that could learn from these guys. One of my bulbs arrived damaged and I didn't realise until I tried to fit it to a new light fitting around four weeks later. I emailed customer service and a replacment bulb was despatched and on its way to me within 3 hours of them opening the next day. In contrast I ordered a new pc from a different company the week before spending over £650 and it despatched after the replacement bulb and my emails to them went unanswered. Light rabbit offer a very high level of service for the price of the product they offer. And they were the cheapest I could find Online. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

I have recently used LightRabbit on 3 occasions, buying about £300 worth of different LED bulbs. Throughout, I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism, helpfulness and reliability of this company. The bulbs (E14, B22 and B15 candles) all met my expectations and performed well - with the one exception that the B22 candles caused radio interference. I rang up LightRabbit to explain the problem and was immediately rung back by Pawel who could not have been more helpful. He arranged for the problem bulbs to be replaced by a different B22 candle (which indeed works perfectly), and sent me a prepaid label for the unwanted bulbs to be returned. Furthermore, when I mentioned that one of the E14 bulbs had failed, he arranged a replacement without quibble. Quite simply, the customer support I have received from LightRabbit has been outstanding. The billing and paperwork have been exemplary. I did have a short time to wait while some bulbs came back into stock, but they did reliably arrive on the promised date. The company clearly has a will to do well by its customers and I would recommend them to any would-be purchaser without hesitation. Thank you again Pawel for your support.

I have bought led bulbs from light rabbit on a number of occasionswithout any problems. One I bought nine month ago failed and they have replaced it the same day they received my email notifying them. It is so pleasant not having to argue to get a response. Well done light rabbit.

I had a problem with LED,s ordered with dimmer module, and phoned technical support who sent me out another module i still had problem with LED,s flickering after set up, they sent me out upgraded LED,s bulbs which sorted the problem out and pre-paid label to return first set of LED,s and module, I would recommend this company to anyone. This company is, professional, factual and 100% tuned into LED issues whenever you contact them. Regardig returns, they are polite and know exactly who you are and what you ordered. If they make a mistake regarding a delivery, (following a simple telephone conversation) you get a pdf label to post the items back free of charge. However, you need to be patient as this may take a few weeks!! They are very customer focussed and their website is superb (I have been involved in website creation/design) This company is a 10/10, WYSIWYG organisation, I would have no hesitation in recommending or ordering again, well done all staff at Light Rabbit!!!!

I use LightRabbit because the website is so easy to use and service is first class. I had a couple of LED high power candle bulbs go faulty within the warranty period, so I contacted Pawel via email. I purchased a couple of early generation LED lightbulbs in 2014 and two years later, one of them died. LightRabbit, without question, are sending out a replacement straight away. They are absolutely good for their 5-year guarantee. Go ahead, buy with confidence! :o) Update: A further LightWell LED light bulb died and LightRabbit have, again, honoured their 5-year guarantee - a testament to their belief in the reliability of their products. Don't forget to fill in the 'guarantee extension form' when you purchase to make sure you get the additional 3 years!

Customer Helpline & After Sales Service excellent. (Pawel in this case) Had a problem with LED dimmer switch but replacement sent promptly & working fine now. Used LightRabbit in past & always found them helpful,honest & competitive in their prices. No hesitation in recommending.

I purchased a few candle and gold ball LED lights from here, as they had the 2700K lights, as most LED bulbs I find too white. Really good service, easy to use and one of them was faulty, a replacement was sent out without any quibbles or hassle, highly recommended!

This is my second order with light rabbit. I am pleased with the products, the warm white is actually a warm colour similar to halogen, which is great. Customer service and delivery is good. Having ordered over £80 of bulbs received them the next day. The were packed well and came with a handly LED lighting guide and LED keyring torch. The order was split as some of the bulbs were due in stock a day later and was impressed with their willingness to send what they could that day. Most companies will wait until all the stock is in to save postage costs. The company promises 5 years warranty which also gives me confidence that they stand by their products. One of the main reasons I have bought from them twice!
