I have used LightRabbit twice over the last couple of months and am very happy with the service. The most recent products I ordered were absolutely top quality and very good value for the class of product. Without doubt the best LED performing bulbs I have ever owned.Well done Pavel I can't fault your service. Delivery was also cheap and exceptionally quick and the website itself is also very user-friendly and has a very good range of products at great prices. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. Well, if it wasn't for this lovely gentleman I would not be using your company again, he had amazing customer service skills and was more than helpful with my problem, you should hire more Pavs to keep your company in business. I will be back to buy some more commercial LED lamps soon, thank you again Pav!

It's like an online con. Next day delivery? Took two weeks! Cancelled the order a week after the delivery date and made a false accusation that I had been informed of there error? Then a week later the goods turned up? Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible. Stick to local suppliers

They took the money from my credit card immediately, then emailed to say they were out of stock of the bulbs I ordered. Cheeky eh? Replacement stock was due soon. But it took around a month. Then they sent the wrong bulbs. Fair enough they eventually sent the correct ones (several weeks later) and I returned the wrong ones. Was promised a refund cheque within 3 days. That was a month ago. Have emailed them again today. Next step: small claims court (in UK at least). Incredibly inefficient, and happy to recommend any other supplier in preference.

Unfortunatey I feel let down by Lightrabbit. I placed an order on 24th December 2013 and am still waiting for delivery on 20th January 2014. I have emailed them three times with no resonse. I have now opened a Paypal dispute. I would have preferred to have received the lamps that I ordered but now think will have to re-purchase them elsewhere. I have awarded two stars (not one) because I previously did receive an order from Lightrabbit OK - I just wish they had maintained their customer service.

Great looking website full of exactly the kinds of promises designed to lure in customers 'Same day despatch', prices checked daily', 'no quibble refunds', 'free phone support'. I ordered some common standard products, not esoteric stuff - replacements for mains halogen downlighters (MR16) and some G9s. Its basics even my local one man hardware shop carries in stock - let alone a dedicated LED webstore. I paid for premium delivery. Website claimed they would be despatched next day (Thursday) so expected delivery Friday or Saturday. No delivery. Email on Monday - got reply from Matt saying order not processed as not in stock - despite claim on website. Was told by him they expected in stock by Wednesday 18th or before. Hear nothing and by Thursday 19th my order still showing unchanged as 'processing'. I phone advertised helpline twice, an hour apart - they don't answer the phone. I phone advertised refunds line twice, an hour apart - they don't answer the phone. What I object to more than slow delivery, which I can live with - is deliberate false marketing - lying about products being despatched same day when they know they aren't in stock and haven't been for at least a week. I also object to claiming 'free helplines' but when you ring they are uncontactable. Don't bother with Light Rabbit go somewhere else which actually has the goods and will send them to you. I'll update if the refund doesn't come through. Many of their positive reviews have an oddly uniform 'Stepford Wives' quality to them also, how strange.

I placed an order for some led bulbs and waited for 9 days and nothing arrived. I emailed customer service twice with no response. I called them and they said that they don't even have the product I ordered in stock but that they would happily upgrade me to a new and better product and send them out immediately. I waited another week, nothing arrived. I called again, they say they don't have the upgrade product in stock either...interesting. I am fairly well versed in the world of e-commerce and something here doesn't seem right. I asked for all my money back...let's see what happens now.

Ordered 8 energy saving bulbs at £118, shown in stock. Checked order details 5 days later, still shown as "Processing". Queried this by email, reply no stock , due in 7 Nov. On 8 Nov order still "Processing" queried by email, told just in and will be shipped to you today. On 9 Nov still "processing" online conversation with Customer Support, after 5 minutes of no awareness of what going on I asked for refund, told request would be passed to Manager. Email on 11 Nov querying "Processing", told items dispatched 9 Nov and should be with me that day or next. On 14 Nov I emailed to say no delivery and where is my refund. Reply from LyingRabbit items just in ready for dispatch!. Asked for refund, told will take 72 hours, did not take 72 hours to take payment. Terrible service and downright lies about stock and shipping, AVOID!

Any company that advertises goods, takes your money but does not deliver the goods shoulder be left well-alone - I had such an experience and despite very polite platitudes, the company failed to refund my money on the due date as agreed although it was eventually after a dispute was opened with PayPal.

Quality of goods and delivery time as promised, only problem was never sent order confirmation or despatch emails despite contacting by phone on between, so was in dark as to progress of my order.

The service from Lightrabbit is really good - fast and reliable. I recently bought an 8 Watt E27 classic bulb for my bathroom. It actually seems a lot brighter than 60W equivalent. It's a big too big to fit the cover back onto to light fitting, but no matter, the light is good and I'm saving money!

GU10 led lamps are very good. I chose 120 degree version to cover more space as standart halogen ones were not givin enoug light in the kitchen. New led ones are covering whole space and using only 12 watts instead of 150! Now can leave light on for my 3 year old daughter. As regarding lightrabbit. Transaction was very smooth and delivery was fast to Ireland from UK. Product quality is very high and prices are also very good. For same price you would buy "eco" 35W halogens here.

I bought a range of bulbs, and ended up returning most either because the light output was poor, they didn't dim when sold as dimmable, or failed (three out of 4 G9s failed within two weeks!). The returns process was tedious and very slow.
