I read some of the comments on here and it made me think about the purchase I had just made from lightrabbit but typically i didnt check out the reviews till i placed the order - so was in two minds about cancelling really. I rang them on the free phone number and the call was answered by Sarah. When i asked for customer service and to cancel the order she asked my why and so I told her it because I had heard read some reviews and so was thinking about cancelling and buying from somewhere else. Lightraabit had already dispatched the bulbs so Sarah suggested i try them and then if not happy - fill out an RMA (??) and then they would refund me once they got the bulbs back. So yea, 200 quids worth of bulbs... I fitted one in the kitchen and turned it on - worked brilliant - gu10 fitting and was really bright - the 60 LED 50w equivalent I bought (20 or so) so I fitted the rest - one flickered but now has seemed to stop so all 20 did work and they are really bright. So yea, all in all a happy experience although i thought about cancelling before Id tried it. I think they do a try before you buy service.

Bought the item, paid for 2-3 day postage, the item took 11 days to arrive. A postage refund was finally offered upon the opening of a paypal dispute, the refund was promised upon closing the case, the case was closed 7 days ago and still no sign of my refund. Liars, terrible communication, terrible service. I will returning the item under DSR. Avoid this company, use somebody you can trust.

Bought some LED E14 candle bulbs and some G9 capsual bulbs really impressed with the style and light out put from these. Very reasonable price compared with other compainies and fast delivery. I had one faulty bulb and the after sales support i received from Pawel Gajek was amazing very apologetech and replacment bulb sent quickly. Thanks

Ive ordered some of the GU10 COB Warm spot lights they have a gorgeous warm creamy glow the absolute best Ive seen!! I have ordered latest gen LED bulbs on and off over the last 2 years just odd ones to try and I have to say the Lightwell 6w COB Warm dimmables were fantastic and ordered a set to complelty replace all of my halogens, I couldnt be happier! I've reccomended to work mates and friends, ill definitly be back for another browse to see what other bulbs I can replace. Lightrabbit have outdone themselves as I made an incorrect order (I ordered the cool temperature bulbs) and only realised this after receiving the items so immediately popped them back in the post with RMA number and it was all handled with great communication. Great to see an online company taking care of its customers as if talking to them in person. Thanks again to Lightrabbit!

As with a previous reviewer I had a problem paying for my order in that my credit card would not authorise, however my debit card was accepted. I placed my order on Friday, received an order confirmation invoice on Monday and my order arrived Tuesday, so excellent service. The products were just as ordered, are well made and appear much brighter than the filament lamps they are replacing. Very pleased with Light Rabbit so far, they are the only company selling LED replacements for R80 lamps I have found and I will probably use them again in future for other LED replacements. 19/11/14: Review uprated from 4 to 5 stars after credit card problem was investigated.

I decided to order more gear from LightRabbit based on good service etc. the previous time. However, this time I have been left feeling quite let down. First of all the website's Secure Checkout failed refusing to even let me enter card details, so I tried the PayPal option, which got delivery and billing addresses mixed up; gave up on that. So I tried the Online Chat for help - no answer. So I resorted to the Phone Line as advertised on the website, well within the opening hours to get a recorded voice saying there was no-one at home. I was eventually contacted by the CEO and was persuaded to re-order by phone a couple of days later. The staff were helpful and I was hopeful that everything I had experienced had just been a glitch. But no, when the order arrived it was sent to the wrong address requiring a 70 mile round trip to retrieve my order. So this experience has taken a once happy customer right into the pit of despair. Probably won't be using these guys again as a result.

Have ordered a large number of bulbs from these guys this year as I've worked my way around the house swapping out old inefficient GU10 bulbs for LED replacements. Had a bulb go faulty this morning and contacted Pawel for advice on getting it replaced. Great service and replacement is now on its way. As someone who runs a customer service team for a living - its great when you come across a company who can take a quick decision to keep a loyal customer happy. Well done Pawel and LightRabbit...!

I cannot fault you. You are at the front end of coping with customers waiting for delivery from your suppliers to you. A hard ask of you to keep things smooth. I ordered a quantity of cool white led GU10 Lights for my kitchen, Installed them without a problem. A lot better light than Halogen. Thanks again Pawell for your help, will definitely deal with Lightrabbit in the Future B. Evans (Shropshire)

I wanted to switch my home lighting to LED Bulbs in order to save money. As knew very little about what was involved I found the customer service team were very helpful. They explained the different types of fittings and what transformers I would need to replace from the normal spots I have. With my initial order the LEDs were not bright enough, so I sent them back and they were replaced with brighter ones within 10 days. Overall a good experience. On the downside, returns and exchanges have to mailed back to the UK from Ireland at your own cost!

I recently bought 8x 'Superior 6 Watt GU10 non-dimmable warm white COB LED Spotlights', and I am very impressed with the quality and amount of light they emit. In comparison to the 3-4 year old 4 watt high power LEDs they have replaced, the COB LED spotlights are a vast improvement. The quality of the light is much better, and they emit much more light. A lot more than the 4 to 6 watt increase can account for. I was so unfortunate as to register my address incorrectly (100% my own fault, due to auto fill-in in Chrome), and DHL was therefore not able to deliver the parcel. I wrote a mail to costumer service, and they fixed the problem right away. I had the parcel with only a few days delay and no extra cost. Excellent costumer service!

I recently ordered a few LED bulbs from their website but received different product. I contacted them to inform them of this but their customer support was 'meh' if that is an acceptable way of describing it. I could not be bothered to send the items back in the end.

I ordered about £100 of LED bulbs for every fitting in the house, communication was very good informing me of despatch and how I could track my parcel etc, Parcel arrived when stated and I was pleased with the quality of the bulbs, we all want a bargain and expect the best quality, it doesn't work like that,never has,never will, I looked in all the normal DIY places and LightRabbit prices were so much cheaper that I thought the quality might be inferior,I know you can't tell what components have been used but 1st impressions were good, Unfortunately one of the LED bulbs packed up after very little use, things like this do happen, sent an email to them and there was no messing about, I got an apology and was told my replacement bulb had been dispatched, no messing about or wanting proof and to me that is all anyone could ask for,I know there are other reviews on here that are unhappy with delivery times and products not being in stock but that's going to happen all the time with any supplier, personally I've used the old filament bulbs for nearly 50 years so waiting a few more days doesn't bother me, especially knowing the savings on the price I've made and future savings on the legacy bill. I totally understand the annoyance of ringing helplines and waiting for refunds but I can only comment on my experience

I was shocked to read the poor reviews - most of them seemed to be concerned about dispatch times. What I do know is that i received my parcels within a week in Malta, which is great and below the average waiting times for postage of parcels to Malta. I suspect that the company has made some changes in their postal arrangements since the complaints were written. The service was also great and the chat worked great with prompt answers and guidance from a very knowledgable Chris. The LED"s seem to be of great quality as well. I have absolutely no complaints or reservations and will make another large order within the next few days.

Didn't know much about LED lighting, so used the on-line chat to help me out. Chris was extremely helpful, and gave me lots of advice that avoided me buying the wrong products for my requirements. I ordered 12 light fittings and 12 bulbs, all arrived within the delivery time scale that was quoted at the time of purchase. On fitting the products, we discovered one of the bulbs didn't work. I emailed their customer service asking how to go about getting a replacement, and they replied within minutes saying that a replacement bulb was on it's way. That was yesterday, so bulb hasn't arrived yet.

When purchasing bulbs the discount code wasn't applied to my order. After I sent an email to LightRabbit, I received a quick response and a commitment to solve the problem. In a very short time I received notification from Paypal to advise that a refund had been organised to my account. Ten out of ten for customer service. Definitely will make another purchase from LightRabbit.

We've been really impressed with Light Rabbit, one of the new breed of companies that deliver customer-focused service. All the goods have been of excellent quality and the best price found. Even more appreciated is the knowledgeable and direct sales support - technically focused, not pushing unwanted goods onto you and not passing you on to someone else. Our last order went wrong and failed to appear, but on contacting Light Rabbit, the goods appeared next day and I got an unrequested apology and full explanation. All reasons why we'll be back and the regular mailshots received are of interest and not a pain.

Prior to ordering their online help was excellent I was able to talk to one of their advisers who was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain things to a luddite like me in simple layman's terms. The ordering process was good and when there was a delay i was informed promptly and alternative arrangements were made. All in all one of the better on line experiences I have had.
