I ordered a reusable cartridge for my waterman fountain pen. When I realized that shipping was as much as what I ordered, I added a refill for my ballpoint, something that my local staples carries. Short time later I received an email that my original item is unavailable and that the second item was being shipped by itself. Why did I not get a chance to cancel the order? Another horrible online ordering experience that is convincing me not to order online.

I needed a cartridge for a Cross pen. Laywine's quickly responded to my question, pointed out an alternative when the one I previously used was out of stock, and shipped the order to me overnight, for a minimal shipping charge of $9.95. And the order was left at the door in a neat little gift bag. I've also purchased cartridges for my Dunhill ballpoint at Laywine's and had the same great service. The people at Laywine's are very knowledgeable and provide great service. They have my strongest and most enthusiastic recommendation.
