You charge way too much for postage. The item would have fitted in an envelope and been very cheap to send.

I ordered my favourite (but difficult to find) Cavallini products from Laywine's website. It was easy to navigate and all of my purchases were delivered in a few days as promised and were nicely packaged. I look forward to visiting their store when I am next in Toronto but for now the online shipping experience was great.
