I have been both an in-person and remote customer of Laywine’s for many years. I have always received prompt, courteous, and reliable customer support. They respond in a timely way to emails and chats and follow up on requests. The website is easy to navigate and questions about products are answered by staff. The selection of products is good and the staff are both knowledgeable and collaborative in sharing their product expertise.

I received the refills as promised in a timely fashion. I would have liked to know that a tip was expected…something I had not experienced before.

I liked their fast delivery, all my order was delivered within 2days, I had to take a star away since one of the package seemed opened once, and also I ordered from this store based by specific package (which the website had a picture of) that the company no longer carried, but they send the one with the new package which I wasn't really going for.

Customer service in the store has always been beyond excellent. So how could an online experience match that? Well it can and does! Aided by Canada Post the ordering and receipt of recently ordered items was superbly quick. A change I asked for mid order processing was accepted and dealt with and all items were received in super quick time. This is a vendor to trust and reward with your business. Oh - and considering that Laywine’s sell specialty, premium items it is equally refreshing that the store’s prices are competitive and often less than similar vendors. This is an establishment to support.
