when things go wrong this company is terrible. i purchased a BB Gun for my sons birthday and it was faulty. i had to chase and chase them. They are terrible at responding to emails. once they sorted the first issue they sent it back and within 2 days another part failed, that was eight days ago and they will now not respond to my emails. I have rejected the item under the consumer rights but they ignore that law, so I am now going legal..... be warned everyone, when things go wrong its about how a company puts things right and these people just do not cut it......

Had a great experience with this company. From point of ordering and tracking parcel i always received updates via email. BB Gun came as described and impressed with the quality and accuracy, will be looking at more BB guns in future and will be defiantly back. Also only company I saw who offered free postage so was really impressed. Thank you A+

Super fast delivery and great products. My son is over the moon with his BB gun

Great value for a first BB gun for my son. He loves it. The spring is strong so i have to prime the gun for him. The magazine is easy to fill and load into the gun. Would recommend it for first time users
