Really happy with the product but need to change delivery service took over a week to arrive

How can new open box and broken sealed !!!? Posted open box. Top cover it is not on the box to close it its under the item and on the item just cheap black bag to close the item it is not any protect to item or outer box. Send to me like this and item scratch it but litter Im not buy again from them

Dreadful. AVOID!! The gun was faulty and the customer service was appalling. They even tried to blame me. They ignored and avoided me and I never received a refund for the broken gun. Now I've lost the money I paid them and they gun still doesn't work. Crooks and liars ADDITION 1 - RESPONSE TO REPLY - Your version is simply untrue. An attempt to discredit my review. I've said many time that if you send the returns form I've been chasing you for I'd be happy to return the gun. Perhaps you could forward the several you've already sent to prove they ever existed. I think you'll struggle. ADDITION 2 - I haven't received any returns labels. Please send now. ADDITION 3 - Still no label. ADDITION 4 - The label never did arrive and onlyBBguns made no other attempt to rectify the situation. £140 of my son's savings gone.

this is the second item I have purchased from you, and both have been a waste of money. The first one gas powered wouldn't load up, or fire, the latest one does not work or load.

I received my BB gun with damage to the paint work I sent an email including pictures attached to onlybbguns but have not received a reply very disappointed with customer service

This arrived in a timely manner, however it was faulty cartridge did not stay in cartridge hold. Contacted seller by email and left voice message. But no response on how to return or get a refund or replacement. Due to this we asked for a refund but had no response at all a week later.

Although we had an issue with an order, it was resolved very swiftly and an extra gift was sent in parcel! Very kind and above and beyond expectations. Thanks
