I was just buying a cheap BB gun rather than anything like a skirmish grade Airsoft gun, this time around. The website was easy to navigate and filter my search down to what I was interested in. (Much better than other similar sellers!) Ordered my choice of pistol and had it delivered a few days later, no long wait, no barrage of emails, just nice, fast and simple. Pistol was exactly as described and pictured. If I have any note for improvement, it would be that some products (mostly the lower end items) either only had a few words written about them or were missing many specs for the item. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase from this company and will gladly order from them again. Many thanks!

Excellent and prompt service and good value. There was an error packing my order and it was put right immediately and I was told I could keep what had been sent in error!

My only slight niggle was that I paid for express delivery, but the item took 4-5 days to arrive. Although the website did say that express delivery couldn't be guaranteed, as I'm on the UK Mainland I would have expected it quicker. Only a slight niggle, as I said. Apart from that, no problems or complaints.
