I had unpackaged my BB gun and fired about 12 shots off before the ‘bolt action’ piece snapped in half, the gun is completely broken, arrived partly damaged anyway, with all sorts of scrapes and marks. I’ve had the gun less than an hour and already broke. I’m sending it back and demanding a full refund

I bought a GBB pistol, been looking out on the net as I felt some sites were asking to much for the pistol I was after. I do not have my licence and seen they had a two tone ready to go, It was I felt a good price, no waiting for painting, bought the pistol online and it was delivered in in a couple of days at the time specifide in an e mail from onlyBBguns. I originally ordered the bb gun aswell as the holster. Not expecting much. But I've been blown away with how good they both are. I still need to figure out the holster but overall amazing

The bb gun is good but. I looked at a youtube review on it and they stated it had a safety and also minor differences on how the gun appears in the photo and in person. Thats why its a four star

Broke with in 8 shots very badly made!

Product came scratched and looks 2nd hand, it also does not work as the cartridge holding the bbs is too tight to allow the spring to release, complete waste of money. The item was however delivered promptly.

Ordered on 24/09/20 apparently sent on 25/09/20 1st class.emailed them had no answer opened a PayPal case as had no response had to wait until 2/10/20 for a reply from them.thought it would arrive Wednesday but nothing then Thursday and still nothing had enough of waiting as this was gift.just want a refund now.
