Came faulty, the trigger is loose and doesn’t do anything, you can cock it back but it doesn’t do anything either , would like a refund

Is okay gun for very short range I placed a box at the back of my yard which is only small probably about 10metres away and it couldn't pierce it

Hi I recently bought a walther p99 dao electric blowback pistol from you and on arrival was surprised at how cheap looking it was for the money I paid after only two days the magazine spring broke and now it is completely useless as iv tried to look for spare magazines and can’t find any anywhere also after emailing customer care already have not had a reply about returning the pistol for a refund as I’m completely unsatisfied with the product I just hope customer care is better

Bought Galaxy G10 3 WEEKS AGO AND BROKE WITHIN 24 HOURS.EMAILED AND HAD NO REPLY.PHONED AND SPOKE TO STAFF WHO AGREED TO REPLACE.HAD REPLACEMENT 6 DAYS AND INSIDE FELL APART AND CANT LOAD BB'S.ASKING FOR REFUND

Bad Experience with these guys, mediocre service ,customer service absolutely shocking having to find different numbers to get to the right people never bother to email you back when you make complaint till you start phoning them and also when solving the problem come back with even more to where you get another broken gun back waste of time don't buy off them.

Gun itself doesn't work properly. Can't physically load a single pellet, as it'll pull two in and jam. Case is cheap and doesn't close fully without moving it around. All in all, not impressed.

Bought a G.36 Airsoft gun it broke within minutes of first using it. I have sent many emails to this company but so far no response. Really not happy with this purchase and will be seeking a full refund either though this company or through PayPal.

Gun was ok. Disappointed in the case as it had no liner for gun to fit into. Very very disappointed in targets as you couldn’t open case to fit net on and only one very thin paper target
