Worst customer service that I have experienced. Girlfriend bought a bb gun, which broke atfer 2 hours use. They do not care at all!

Bought .25g pellets and with the free P&P made this the best price I could find. Delivered in a couple of days and was as described. No problem at all and would use onlyBBguns again.

Received a used product, they denied it was used when clearly was used, took days to reply to emails, but when you want to purchase something they reply instantly 🤔, i would stay well clear and order from dedicated airsoft shops,

Absolutely gutted, my son used this gun for the first time today after waiting two weeks to open it as a birthday gift and a small piece of plastic fell from the barrel, disregarding this we continued to fire and target practice but struggled with the mechanism getting jammed alot, the trigger stopped working altogether after less than 30 minutes of use. I made my order for the product on good Friday and paid express delivery, customer service was brilliant and the guy on the phone was really helpful polite when it come to answering my queries about the delivery services over the Easter period.
