Accent Clothing was an entirely new brand to me but, based on my recent purchase experience and contact with their after sales team, I would not hesitate in recommending them. The purchase experience was truly flawless! I could not have been more delighted with or grateful for the excellent service I received from Accent Clothing. I ordered one day and my order was carefully packed and delivered within 36 hours. This was beyond any of my expectations and something very, very unusual when shopping online during a pandemic and a busy sales period! I had reason to contact Accent Clothing to ask an after sales question and encountered a problem with the online contact form but this was resolved most attentively by the team when I queried it. I would advise using e-mail as a way to contact Accent Clothing, should you have any cause to. The e-mail address is given onthe website. They respond to e-mails extremely promptly and diligently. In conclusion, if you are in any doubt about Accent Clothing, if they are unknown to you or you have any doubts, I can only offer you my experience of having been in the same position. On this basis, I would 100% recommend them. They truly do go above and beyond to make the purchase experience the best it can be.

Awful ! I emailed you regarding my order and got no response! I received a message from dpd confirming they will deliver my parcel but nothing arrived ? I stayed home waiting for the parcel . The next day when I tried to track it , the app told me my order was being sent back to accent. Horrible experience
