Cancelled order no stock

Quick tracked delivery, the jacket was amazing and cheaper than anywhere else would definitely recommend shopping with accent

I’m giving 3 stars. 5 star for prices and range 1 star because my order was cancelled due to no stock. I know this can happen but it’s 2021. Update your IT systems so this doesn’t happen and out of stock items can’t be ordered. Or at least make sure this flags with the customer. This was my first ‘order’ so would I return… only if this was the last online store on earth.

Ordered belstaff jeans which were spot on ..but not at all happy with a belstaff whit tee shirt .. firstly it had a hole at the back of neck and 2black streak marks on the back also ..shocking that if that's gone through a check line on product to be despatched.👎

Ordered white trainers. They arrived very quickly. Unfortunately they were black. Returned and asked for an exchange. This was dealt with very promptly and we had the correct trainers delivered. Though the delivery was sent to wrong house. If we had received correct trainers initially then I would have given 5 stars. Very impressed with how everything was handled, so 5 stars for that.
