Great service from the salesman right down to the delivery men. Very courteous and professional.

Great and professional service from the salesman Jonathan. Very helpful with explaining the furniture and patient. Also the delivery guys were just as professional and nice. They explained to us how to operate our furniture. Not my first time using Gardner White.

Paul was our sales associate. He was great. He spent quite some time helping us find a mattress and answered all of our questions. The only reason I'm going with 4 stars instead of 5 is issues upon delivery. The delivery people were very quick but one of the drawers came damaged & the dresser drawers were not put together correctly. The driver told my boyfriend he would be back around 4 pm to replace the broken drawer so i left work early to be there. When no one showed up i called and apparently no one planned on coming back. The woman on the phone was helpful, told me someone would be in contact to actually come out. Its been about a week, haven't heard anything yet.

Lied to me about my delivery day and I took off work just for them to say the city was wrong that was not my fault and I am very un satisfied as a customer and this will be the last time.

My sales person Matthew / Sterling specifically put on my order under Driver Instructions: Please remove old sofa. The driver/helper arrived and advised they don't remove furniture unless it is being sent back. Since it was specifically noted in my paperwork I didn't have someone except myself available to remove the couch from my home. I don't appreciate being lied to and inconvenienced due to your sales persons wanting to make a sale. While I was hoping to purchase other pieces in the near future, I won't be returning to Gardner White for them as I would much rather deal with an honest company. UPDATE: While my sales person did reach out to me which I did appreciate. I would like to clarify that without the wonderful delivery persons Ruben & Marcus this whole transaction would have ended completely different. They were terrific and saw my frustration with the whole situation. I know they are sub contracted and don't actually work for Gardner White but I couldn't begin to thank them enough.

Found a great mattress and box spring very fast with the help of a worker. He was very knowledgeable and worked with the price to get it lower!

My only issue was one of my pieces of furniture came damaged so the delivery men didn’t drop it off, but I appreciated their honesty and the fact they took care of the problem the same day and offered to bring back the dresser, but it was getting too late so I had to reschedule my delivery. Otherwise I am completely satisfied!

If I could give my experience a negative star I definitely would most likely after what I went through with my mattress order I'll probably never Buy anyting from there again

The reason for low review isn't the sofa it's magnificent. I felt betrayed by the staff did the contest which didn't state you had to purchase another item it said I won. In my eyes that's false advertising. I was upset and staff wasn't nice. After finding out this I ask about cancelling my layaway and was told I could but I'd have to take a card for Gardner White. At that point I waljed out after geting main office number. I'll call tomorrow since I received sofa today. The guys were fantastic. Thank you for that.
