Our salesman, Dan, was very helpful but their was something wrong with our mattress and we were allowed to switch our mattress but we had to pay the same amount for a cheaper mattress and when we visited to switch the mattress the sales manager tried to up sale us instead of just taking care of the issue - very disappointed.

We had to go to the service and ask for help even though many sales reps we're available. I understand that people window shop but this was an official sale we wanted to make. My advice ask the customer do they need any help as the other locations do.

I think the website is a little Misleading when it comes to making purchases. There was a promotion of 100 cash back and when you click the link it takes you to items but it’s not till after I made the purchase that I was told the offer doesn’t apply to items I bought. It’s frustrating and annoying! I wish they’d do better with advertisements and only link products that are part of the promotions to the promotion links!

Sales lady was very helpful! She did tell us that the two mattresses that we bought each came with a 19 inch TV. which was false.

Quick assembly and professional service

Delivery guys were crazy but got the job done quickly, my order was cheaper but this would fly with a high paying person, as the couch got hit by a sign with cocky delivery boy

All promises kept. And happy with purchase. Initially I was going to try to get a latter delivery. But the voice mailbox was full.

The delivery guys were great. Purchased in the morning and received my sofa at 8pm that evening.

I had to continue calling them about my furniture being serviced.

Brian Blank was very helpful in the sales process. The delivery men were polite; and very fast. I will definitely be shopping with Gardner White for all of my future furniture needs.

Was a great service

The salesperson was very helpful and patient while I was choosing my furniture. He made the process pretty easy. Also the delivery system was very convenient - you can see on the delivery tracker how soon they will be at your house and you get a text saying when they are going to be there in 10-15 minutes. The delivery people were very polite and set everything up nicely and nothing was damaged.

Q and Nate were both so friendly and were able to deliver my couch fast and yet I didn’t feel like I was being rushed. It was a snug fit downstairs and into a small room but they made it seem effortless. And I love my loveseat, obviously! I purchased online and the quality exceeds expectations.
