She is so very sweet and let us take our time choosing but at the same time worked diligently to ensure we were happy with everything from color, price, and type that we were looking for! United States | 05 September 2019Great sales team Will and Cindy were a good team and help us choose a mattress. That being said we spent almost $3,000 on a new mattress and a protection plan. We arrived at the store on Hayes and Hall road approximately at 1200 p.m. two hours after the store opened and could not get same day delivery after we were told we would get it same day. Next day delivery is what we had to do and take some time off of work. The delivery team did a wonderful job getting the mattress and base in the house, but to only find out the mattress protector wasn't on the truck. So we called your customer service team and we're given two options to come pick it up or wait for it to be delivered in a couple of days. This was a big inconvenience again and your customer service team missed the chance for some service recovery, they at least could have offered a gift card or have someone drive it to us same day. The mattress protector is on the truck for delivery the day after but still is an inconvenience making the bed twice in two day. There were two chances for service recovery and were both missed iam doubtful that we will buy from Gardner White again and this is when we have your credit.

United States | 05 September 2019I love my new mattress. Thank you Nathan at the Macomb store for getting everything figured out. I picked the evening delivery option, that’s what worked best. But what we were not told by our salesman is that we could be in a time slot of 10pm-1am, he said that can happen occasionally but we would be in the evening time slot, which I assumed evening would be anywhere from 6pm to the latest 9pm. My final call for my delivery update was at 1am, stating my delivery would arrive in approximately 15mins. I had already canceled with Nathan. Nathan was very understanding with my frustration and worked to get this figured out. He contacted the delivery management and had a early delivery truck out a day and a half later. The delivery team was very nice, straight to the point and made sure to clean up anything that could be left behind. My advice to the sales team at Gardner White would be when telling people afternoon delivery or evening delivery, to be clear on time frames.

United States | 05 September 2019Let me start off by letting everyone know if you go to the Canton Mi. Location see Sam Kennedy!!! He is the best sales associate. No pressure dose not hunt you down or sit at the front door to push on you. He let's you look and wait for you to ask a question and as for me and my wife that was the best sales experience we have had! We bought a new bed and will be going back to see him for our living room furniture!!! Great job Sam Kennedy!

Hopefully this can be rescheduled asap! UPDATE - Replacement parts delivered at no extra charge and very promptly. Great service and help from the Gardner White team! Very satisfied.
