Great driver would book again

We booked the transfer from Australia. The process was very friendly and efficient with speedy responses via email and WhatsApp. The information sent was clear and concise making it easy to understand. Raul met me at the airport. He was polite, friendly and helpful. He’s a credit to your organisation. His car was clean and comfortable - perfect after travelling for 24 hours. So reliable, excellent communication. Recently returned from Australia when Heathrow was closed and was diverted to Paris, so arrived back in the uk 12 hrs later and Ground transfers were brilliant and picked me up within 15 mins of arriving back to Heathrow by coach. So helpful, drivers always polite.

Excellent service. First time using. Bi eas worried no one would turn up and I wouldn't be able to contact anyone as we were travelling out of hours but I needn't have worried. Excellent communication from the office and the drivers. Both drivers were a pleasure and very helpful dealing with the luggage and even taking us to our front door under an umbrella.
