I already contacted support, but they declined to investigate. No matter how many times I told them they never tried to understand my situation. I have sent several emails since then and it has been 10 days and I have not received any response. It's the worst.

Australia | 08 March 2025They used to be pretty good and reasonably priced. Not sure what has happened now, but their app doesn't work anymore, the website is extraordinarily slow and buggy. I couldn't combine my packages like I used to be able to do through the website. It was a slow motion nightmare trying to organise shipping for my two packages. It took me over an hour, as every time I clicked on something, it took 6-7 minutes for the page to load. I tried different browsers, devices and cleared cache, it was clearly not a problem on my end. It's pretty much unusable.
