You included a random wrong shipment value of 240 $ without any respective indication, the correct bill included ( for a few pairs of socks) was 50 $. Sorting this error at customs was a nightmare.

I have been using MyUS to buy collectible stuff from the US and EU for some time, and apart from occasional customs problems in my country, I've never had any other issues. I think their prices are good compared to similar platforms.

Should be able to upload several invoices at a time as some items are listed on differenti invoices, emails are not being answered in a timely fashion. I sent an email address few days ago on the request of an agent and still have not received a response.

One item was not included. One item was damaged bu cutter. MYUS responded irresponsibly. Customer support is unhelpful. I already contacted support, but they declined to investigate. No matter how many times I told them they never tried to understand my situation. I have sent several emails since then and it has been 10 days and I have not received any response. It's the worst.

Unfortunately i lost at least 4 mobile phones and also their staff destroyed one of my packages having a mobile phone because suite number was not written in the received package in lass that 1 week of receiving date. i had to cancel my subscription and already moved to different service provider.

I paid for aramex option it says 3 to 5 days . I received the item after 12 days , and I tried to contact customer service on WhatsApp and they were very rude and helpless. Am disappointed to the maximum

They used to be pretty good and reasonably priced. Not sure what has happened now, but their app doesn't work anymore, the website is extraordinarily slow and buggy. I couldn't combine my packages like I used to be able to do through the website. It was a slow motion nightmare trying to organise shipping for my two packages. It took me over an hour, as every time I clicked on something, it took 6-7 minutes for the page to load. I tried different browsers, devices and cleared cache, it was clearly not a problem on my end. It's pretty much unusable.
