I was very anxious to use myus since they got a lot of bad reviews, but man what a lie it was. Their service is great, costumer service is fast and responsive. The packages themself went through very fast and easy. 0 complaints. Thanks alot MyUS!

MyUS.com has been holding my refund of $4,299.72 for over a month with no response. I have emailed them multiple times, but they ignore me. This is unacceptable. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will escalate legally. MY INVOICE Number:- 66528893,My Order Id:-SH-1530708. MyUS.com said they try to refund my money and give some details about there refund process, but I'm go to enquire about that in my bank, that time my bank 2 days taken and inquire that details that time bank clearly said that all details fake and still my bank don't get any refund process from MyUS.com Said, MyUS.com asked me which currency my bank was accepted that time I'm clearly mentioned my bank was accepted PayPal account and my PayPal account details also I'm provided but they don't refund my amount, they said add MyUS.com payment section to your PayPal Account I Will Credited to Your Refund Amount, but their Website is there PayPal Account Option but They don't provide option for Their payment section in add PayPal Account they only provide add credit card option in their payment section this is not acceptable and they play games with customers emotions and feelings, because I'm requesting to take strong action against that MyUS.com for @Mastercard @MyUS_Shopaholic @BBB_US @FTCgov @RBI

これまで何度もトラブルが発生しました。 荷物を紛失され、問い合わせをしてもMerchant Invoiceや配達証明を 何度も要求したりして、荷物が見つからず、ごまかしています。 当然、補償を要求しても無視されます。 商品の内容確認時に高級シャツをカッターで切られました。 写真を送って補償を要求しても知らんふりをされました。 MYUS社のミスで発送が遅れたのにもかかわらず、多額の「ストレージ チャージをされました。 USの住所変更が大変だったため、MYUSを使い続けましたが、もういい加減に 頭にきて、違う転送業者へ変更することにしました。 この会社は老舗かもしれないが、かなり悪質な会社です。 片言の英語で、言葉が分からないと思って日本人を軽く見ていると思います。 日本語が通じ、ショップとのトラブルにも対応してもらえる、転送業者を 使用したほうがいいと思います。

Well they are improving a little. I don’t know maybe because I figure out ways how to message them. The service still slow though. Not enough customer service to handle customers. They don’t have history records of their customers so if you have concern you need to start from the beginning to tell them about it. They still put higher value on products specially free one. They always open the packages and remove many things without any permission. Some items are lost and damaged but they never apologize. I always get incomplete packages of my PR . The brands tells us what they send so I know everything.

A order arrived without the necessary information. Worked through getting the details for MyUS to get items through customs and package was sent. With different timezones this took several days but wasn’t charged for my delivery overstaying.

Do not use this company. I brought an item from Amazon and it got delivered to my US. The item description says it weighs 18 pounds and My Us claims it weighs over 50 pounds charging me 3 times the amount for shipping they never provided any evidence that it weighs that amount. Just received the item it weighs exactly 18 pounds which Amazon said. They basically robbed me blind. Who is going to compensate me for the ridiculous shipping costs which was based on a lie. Please keep away from this company.
