Not the kind of email I want to read since I've been going back and forth with customer support consultant every week, via Live Chat and WhatsApp, asking why my ship request is still "in process" since 10 February. Every time I chat with one of the consultants, they gave similar canned responses. "Please allow me some time to check with the concerned department, and I will get back to you as soon as I have more information." They lied, they never update me or reach to me. I'm the one chasing them for an update. There are photos evidence of my orders delivered to MyUS's warehouse, so what is the issue holding my ship request. On 5 March, I received an email from MyUS, asking for original merchant invoices which I gave. Finally progress! I checked my dashboard, the status changed to "in review". I was feeling hopeful my items would be released and shipped out soon. Only to receive an email, on 8 March, suggesting that my items were lost (probably stolen) as MyUS paid out my orders to my account. I still don't know what happened to my "lost" items. TL,DR: I made a ship request on 10 February as soon my last item entered my suite. My ship request has been "in process" for days, contacted customer support asking what's the hold up. Every customer supports gave the same canned responses, unhelpful. 5 March, received an email asking for original merchant invoices, feeling hopeful, only to received an email few days later MyUS paid out my orders to my credit account. I've been using MyUS since February 2016, this ONE bad experience made me decide to close my account, once they fully refund my money to my card. UPDATE, 11 March 2025: After receiving an email from Tyler, now I know why my items was "in process" for weeks and customer supports cannot seem to resolve them. It was because MyUS has MISTAKENLY SHIPPED my items to a different recipient. It took them one month to tell me about this, all the while I was going back and forth with customer supports for weeks. Unreliable company, incompetent staff, unhelpful customer support.
