Israel | 27 January 2025I still haven’t received my package, even though it’s been 12 days instead of the 5-8 days delivery I paid for. The tracking says the package arrived in my country but claims delivery is delayed due to the weather. However, the weather in Israel has been perfect, so I don’t understand this excuse at all. I tried contacting the MyUS support, but instead of helping, they just suggested I ‘allow it some time.’ They didn’t offer any compensation or anything useful to resolve the situation.
