Nice and easy to use. I found removing and switching the heads a bit difficult due to the small size.of the button you have to push in to remove the ends. The cleaner is also quite loud. However it's cleaning capabilites are excellent. It works well on a range of different fabrics and carpet textures. It also uses water efficiently, I only used part of the full tank on my upholstry. I would recommend this product. I'd also recommend buying the cleaning nozzle to clean the tube and machine as it makes the process much easier.

I found this product too hard to push over a carpet. Therefore I could not use it as I have carpets in all rooms except kitchen and bathroom. I explained this to a member of your Customer Services team and he was very helpful and understanding.

Good value for money. Product arrived next day as advertised. Easy to operate and lightweight. It is quite tall for storage when fully assembled, but ithe handle stick is easy to remove if that's a problem. The cable easily reaches the landing halfway up our stairs, so I can then transfer to the plug at the top. I don't know how robust it will be in the long term, but it seems reasonably strong for the money and there's not much to go wrong.
