Quick and easy to order but expensive product.

Very quick delivery of the bissell crosswave pet pro.yet to open so can’t comment on the machine itself. However I paid for 3 additional bottles of cleaning fluid which did not come with the order. Contacted customer service but as yet had no response a few days later. So disappointed with that bit.

My machine came with DPD and was damaged so I didn’t accept the delivery. 2 weeks down the line and I’m still waiting for my order. Absolutely shocking.

Bissell has an excellent customer service team, that is what sets them apart from the rest, the test comes when something goes wrong with any product, and bissell’s support team are exceptional, they get things done fast and right

Really happy with this item, does a great job easy to move lighter than a vax and easier to clean. Love that it has 3 settings owning 4 dogs I need to use it regularly so pleased it is easy to set up.The only thing I struggle with is getting the hose out when I have used the tools, I do have arthritis in both hands so that just might be me . I also bought the hard floor cleaner (pet version) from argos extremely happy with that too the kitchen floor never looked so good.

Great machine cleans good, but super loud, can't do any carpet washing next to kids and that really annoys.

I had a bissel machine it was really good. However, though it would be good to have a second machine, one upstairs one downstairs, QVC had a Vax pet one on offer, it broke within 6 months sent it back they sent me a replacement which broke. I’ve now bought a second Bissell pet carpet washer. They have never broke and pick up so much more water than vax. Can’t rate this machine enough. Vax customer service is not very good. I have 2 dogs, one wees indoors everywhere. hence I need a good reliable carpet washer. This one get rid of all the smells. Now happy I have 2 Bissell machines.

I was basing my purchase on previous experience of Bissell products, which was generally very good. However, when initiating my order, I received an email offering a discount if I signed up to the Bissell website - this I did and received an email with a "Discount Code" box. However, when I clicked on this box, I was only taken back to the website - I never received the declared Discount Code. A pretty unscrupulous marketing ploy in my opinion.
