I originally ordered the wrong item, a quick email and that was sorted and a refund in my account quickly. I ordered what I should have on Saturday and it was delivered the following day when I expected it next business day, Monday.

Not received goods DPD say they had it on 15/11 - 10 days later no delivery

This doesn't clean every style of tile. I have fine textured tiles and it doesn't clean any better than a conventional mop does. Neither does it get to the edges of the flooring or into the corners, for that you still need a mop. I have both mop heads. Could do with a a hard bristle head too for the harder to clean floor tiles. Works fine on other floor areas such as laminate. Needs refilling frequently and emptying often. Good for a quick rug clean. If you have fine textured floor tiles stay away. If you have none textured great!

Spot cleaner pro brought out the heavy staining on my couch; great value for money (I bought the bundle with 3 bottles of Bissell brand shampoo) Only issue is the manual is fully written language free, and some of the hyroglyphs make no sense or contradict each other (this is an item which uses water, but the top of several pages says not to use this item on wet carpets/furniture. What? Same page tells you to dunk the head in a bucket of water to clean the internal workings)

Ive been using bissell carpet cleaners for a number of years and always very happy with the results .I prefer bissell to any other carpet cleaner

Delivery was very quick. The reason I chose this brand over other leading brands was because it said that dry dirt and wet dirt are collected separately. However this isn’t so the dry dirt is in the same compartment as the dirty water you have to pull it out on a strainer like thing witch is different and not at all pleasant to do
